AQuAA Questionnaire

Activity Questionnaire for Adults and Adolescents (AQuAA) is a questionnaire to measure physical activity of adolescents (12-18 years) and adults. The materials consists of two questionnaires: one of adolescents and one for adults.

Using the questionnaire

The respondent completes the AQuAA questionnaire by hand. For each acvitity, the respondent answers on how many of the past seven days they spent time on that activity. For the subjects commuting to school or work, free time, and sports, the respondent fills in the intensity of the actvity, i.e. light, moderate, or intense. For the subjects activity at work or school and household activities, the intensity of the activity is prestructured in these three categories.
